My Minecraft civilisation

In term 4 for our inquiry we had to make a civilisation in any ecosystem. Like in the wetlands, jungle, desert,  and other ecosystems. I did mine in the mountains what would you do yours on? we had to make a food source, a water source, entertainment, protection, clothing, art, tools, and laws. I hope you enjoy my civilisation.

The Market

The Market

One day in a food market there was a fat cat. He loved hotdogs for some reason. One day he got up for a stroll, his belly flopping around but something caught his eye. His jaw dropped. IT WAS A HOTDOG TRUCK. He sped over and jumped into the back of the truck. He opened up a box he looked in. There was a least 20 hotdogs. He picked up the box and chugged the hotdogs; it tasted like heaven. But he had no idea the truck doors were getting closed behind him. Box after box he ate until he realized the truck was moving. He didn't care; he just kept on eating until his belly started to rumble. And then the truck blew up like a nuclear bomb and the cat bounced out of the truck and bounced all the way back to the market. And he never ate 120 boxes of hotdogs again but something else caught his eye. IT WAS MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The world blew up. He shot over to the end of the milky way. And on to an alien planet he floated around as he soor pizza hut shooting out from behind him. He vomited rainbows, rainbows shot out of his bum and he took flight and he became nyan cat.

Magic trick follow the leader instructions.

Firstly Get sixteen cards four of them have to be the same for example kings.

2. Lay the four kings on the ground face down then pile 3 cards on each of them face down.

3. Then pile the right hand side on top of the closest one and on the next closet one keep doing this until you are done

4. then show the card every fourth one should be a king.

5. Then put the card on top down and then the next next to it and then again keep doing this until there are four cards in front of you.

6. Then grab the top card off the deck and use to show the people the latest card you put down this card should be a king.

7. Then put the card you used back at the bottom of the deck.

 8.then put one card on the first card you put down then on the next then on the next keep  doing this until there are 4 piles of 4 in front of you.

9. Then pull the bottom card from the deck where you put your last card it should be a king do the same with the other deck closest it should not be a king.

10.finally switch them around and say the kings follow king and show the piles the kings should be where the king is

Book Week

Hi one week ago it was a time at school. It was book week!, on book week there is no maths and on Thursday you can dress up. On Friday you can bring your favourite book. I won a prize for having a good costume. Even though I am a boy and I dressed up as a princess.

Mission to the moon before and after.

Hi today I did a short story about the moon landing. You are s posed to make a short story copy it and make it better. Like my before was average but my after was better. You can look at my before and after up there in the slideshow. I hope you enjoyed my slideshow thank you for watching.

Hi today I did a story on space here is my intro it is kind of mars.

Once upon a time on mars a Astronaut called Jack had crash landed and got stuck on mars. He built a Station there and called for help. He finally got help but it was a year away from him. He had to live on mars for at least a year.

Hi Today me and my friend did a animation called the bank robbery. We made it so the characters are Minecraft characters, and were holding weapons. What would you do if you were robbing a bank?

Lock down sheet

Hi today I did a sheet about lock down and what was fun and what wasn,t. The best thing was takeaways in level 3, I thought I would never survive with out them in level 4. COVID 19 Is annoying COVID 19 is despicble.

Snow leopards

This week I did a documentary about the amazing Snow leopard. In this documentary I learned about habitat, diet, anatomy, life cycle, conclusion and the introduction. I think I did quite good.😅

Hand Island Map

Hi this week for maths I had to do about 20 steps to make an island. You had to have a grid but not a blue grid because you would be drawing in the ocean and won't be able to see it. We also had to draw in features like mountains and towns in certain locations. Step two was to do a treasure hunt on  the grid with ten steps. I think I did quite well how do you think I did?

Amazing Lions

Hi this week I did an assignment on how a Lion stalks it's prey:

A Lion Hunting 

The grass sways from side to side in the wind as a lion stalks its prey. It waits until it gets close. Then, suddenly it starts running out of nowhere and pounces on its prey killing it with one blow.The smell of blood filling the air. A scream and then silence.

When I was writing this I used the five senses - smell, sight, taste, touch, hearing to make it what it would be like to be there when a Lion was hunting it's prey. How do you think a lion would stalk it's prey?

Lego Bridge

Hi today I made  Lego bridge and tested how much weight it could carry. It could carry 4.7 kg weight. I measured the weight by using cans from the pantry. I thought it went quite good but when I put a 5 kg weight on it it went straight through.

Hi today I did a bar graph about how many types of food are in my fridge.  The types of food are vegetables, fruits, grains meat and dairy.  The bar graph is in my my google drive maths folder.

Friday Home learning

Today I did a fitness circuit where you had to run 6 laps around the house and then do 20 star jumps and then have four chances to try and kick a soccer ball into the goal.
I also played Prodigy and read a book called wings of fire.

Thursday home learning

Today I baked some muffins for a project. The original recipe was dark chocolate chips. But I put in white chocolate chips.
They tasted delicious.
